This course presents Accounting Analytics' Business System. The course presents a highly profitable business blueprint small business owners use to build a highly profitable business. The course is required for Business Network members.

Overview

There's a difference between knowing how to perform a service and knowing how to build a service business. There's also a difference between building a business and building a highly profitable business. Highly profitable businesses rely on teams of personnel who manage, research, develop, market, sell, perform, and finance their services. However, many business owners spend most of their time performing their services and don’t have the time or expertise to perform these core business processes. If business owners don’t perform core business processes, they struggle to build highly profitable businesses.

Length

The course is a seven-week course (one session per week). However, the course is an online, self-study, self-paced course. Therefore, the length of the course is determined by the time you dedicate to the course and your knowledge of small business management.
